Cancellation
Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your DarLink subscription at any time, for any reason. The cancellation becomes effective once our customer support team receives your written notice of cancellation. Your subscription will be terminated from the next subscription month following your cancellation request. However, any fees incurred for the previous subscription period, including used or unused FameBucks within the current subscription month, will not be refunded, regardless of the refund provisions outlined herein.
Requesting Refund or Subscription Cancellation
To request a credit or monetary refund or subscription cancellation, please contact our support team directly at contact@darlink.ai. Once your request is approved, you will receive a refund in your designated account as detailed above. We aim to respond with an initial reply to your request within 72 (seventy-two) hours.
Declaration
Please be aware that if you initiate a chargeback on any transactions billed to your account, we may need to disclose any and/or all private communications sent/received by you through DarLink to validate the charges billed to your account. In such cases, our Privacy Policy will not limit these disclosures.
Refund
You are entitled to request a monetary refund under the following conditions:
If it is verified that your card was used fraudulently on our website/application, your money will be refunded. Contact us immediately if you suspect credit card fraud, and we will investigate.
For erroneous purchases, provided they are not systematic (one-time only):
a. If the purchased FameBucks are not used, you are entitled to a full refund.
b. If the purchased FameBucks are partially used, you are entitled to a partial refund.
If we terminate your subscription for any reason, with or without explanation, you will receive a pro-rata refund of any paid but unused fees.
If your membership was terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions and/or Privacy Policy, or at your request, you will not be eligible for any refund of unused fees.
The amount refunded will NOT exceed the amount paid for a particular service or product.
